About LeeAnne C. Schocklin
LeeAnne C. Schocklin is an associate attorney at Midgett Preti Olansen and concentrates her practice in trust and estate litigation. Ms. Schocklin has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters and is passionate about assisting clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Ms. Schocklin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude, and she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society. A native of Williamsburg, Ms. Schocklin returned to her hometown and received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School. During law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Business Law Review and a member of the Moot Court team.
After law school, Ms. Schocklin began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable T.J. Hauler, Chief Judge of the Chesterfield Circuit Court. Following her clerkship, she relocated to Virginia Beach and practiced locally before joining the firm, gaining experience in a wide variety of legal areas.
