Wade J. Skalsky is an associate at the firm. His practice is focused on estate planning, trust, and estate litigation, probate and trust administration, intellectual property, and IRS and state and local tax audit and tax collection cases. Mr. Skalsky has extensive trial, mediation, and administrative law experience.
He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science at the University of Arizona. He received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School. Mr. Skalsky began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor where he honed his trial and advocacy skills. He is a multi-year graduate of the Department of Justice's Trial Advocacy Program. He has been a petitioner at every level of the appellate process in both the Federal and State courts
